Requirements

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in HSM (Hardware Security Module) consulting, implementation, and support (+8 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols, key management, and security compliance standards
Experience integrating HSM solutions with SAP or other enterprise systems (desirable)
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Jira, Scrum) and IT project management
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Advanced, Mandatory)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Certifications in HSM technologies (e.g., Thales, Utimaco, Entrust) (preferred)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA security integration (preferred)
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm; Location: Lima, Perú; Work: On site

Responsibilities

Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimization of HSM solutions
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to data security and encryption
Design and implement HSM architectures to support secure key management and cryptographic operations
Collaborate with SAP and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HSM solutions
Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HSM deployments
Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on HSM best practices
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSM technologies, cryptographic standards, and regulatory requirements
Support incident response and resolution for HSM-related issues
