Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM Compensation Management
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM On-Premise Human Capital Management
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM Performance Management
  • 3+ years of consulting or equivalent in-house experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HR system issues
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Strong focus on delivering value and ensuring positive customer outcomes
  • Additional desirable: Experience in SAP Payroll (On-Premise or SF ECP) – NZ Payroll experience is a strong plus
  • Additional desirable: SuccessFactors Certification(s) in relevant modules

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements
  • Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions
  • Participate in system design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently
  • Work independently and within a team to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the Accenture (NZ) SAP SF/HCM team and ensure customer satisfaction
