Requirements

Solid experience in SAP ECC HCM, with deep know-how in at least one of the following core modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY) or Time Management (PT)
Curious about or familiar with SAP HCM for S/4HANA (experience is a strong plus, but not required)
Enjoy working on complex HR IT landscapes, advising clients, and helping them navigate transformation journeys
Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams – on-site and remote, business and technical
Fluent in German and English
Value delivery excellence, structure, and team spirit

Responsibilities

Provide advisory and delivery support in SAP HCM transformation programs toward S/4HANA
Evaluate options such as HCM for S/4, Compatibility Pack, or hybrid SuccessFactors models
Depending on experience: lead project streams or design architecture
Collaborate with SuccessFactors teams for integrated solutions
Optional: contribute to RfPs, proposals, and client solution design
Advise on migration strategies and assess architectural options (e.g. Brownfield, Greenfield, Compatibility Mode)
Contribute across strategic and delivery phases of complex transformation programs
