Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management
  • Knowledge of pay structures, salary grades, job families, and collective agreements
  • Familiarity with integration to Payroll (SAP PY / H4S4) and Personnel Administration
  • Understanding of reward compliance, audit trails, and reporting needs
  • Degree in HR, Business, or Finance
  • SAP HCM Compensation certification desirable
  • Strong collaboration with HR Reward and Finance teams
  • Detail-oriented, compliance-driven, with strong analytical ability
  • Effective communicator, able to guide HR and line managers through reward cycles

Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP HCM Compensation Management (salary planning, merit pay, bonuses, LTIs)
  • Enable end-to-end compensation cycles including approvals, budgeting, and payouts
  • Design and configure workflows for compensation reviews and approvals
  • Integrate compensation outputs with Payroll and Finance for accurate execution
  • Provide reporting on budgets vs. actuals, reward trends, and compliance
  • Support testing cycles, cutover rehearsals, and data migration of compensation records
