Requirements

Strong expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management
Knowledge of pay structures, salary grades, job families, and collective agreements
Familiarity with integration to Payroll (SAP PY / H4S4) and Personnel Administration
Understanding of reward compliance, audit trails, and reporting needs
Degree in HR, Business, or Finance
SAP HCM Compensation certification desirable
Strong collaboration with HR Reward and Finance teams

Responsibilities

Configure SAP HCM Compensation Management (salary planning, merit pay, bonuses, LTIs)
Enable end-to-end compensation cycles including approvals, budgeting, and payouts
Design and configure workflows for compensation reviews and approvals
Integrate compensation outputs with Payroll and Finance for accurate execution
Provide reporting on budgets vs. actuals, reward trends, and compliance
Support testing cycles, cutover rehearsals, and data migration of compensation records
