Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration (SI) or consulting roles within the F2S domain
Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably including at least one regional or global rollout project
Strong knowledge of Forecast to Stock and Order to Cash business processes
Experience in SAP modules related to F2S, such as SAP PP, MM, SD, or IBP
Solid understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes
Proven ability to engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders in complex organizations
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel regionally as required by the project

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the rollout of the global SAP S/4HANA F2S template across ASEAN and Middle East regions
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements and global solution designs
Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard sessions with key users and business leads
Drive the localization, configuration, testing, and deployment of F2S processes in SAP S/4HANA
Serve as a functional expert in Forecast to Stock, while maintaining a good working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes
Coordinate closely with technical teams, data teams, and change management to support deployment activities
Provide issue resolution, process documentation, and contribute to end-user training
Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are well managed and delivered upon
