Prior experience in the design and delivery of SAP FICO solutions in complex environments
Experience with SAP FICO business integration for consolidated reporting across multiple business units, channels, and geographies
Act as the go-to SME on SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, COPA, AA, PCA) and business integration points with other SAP components
10+ years in management consulting or enterprise finance transformation, with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO and Business Integration
Expertise in SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, COPA, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.)
Familiarity with S/4 HANA Finance is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO processes across Finance and Controlling domains and integration with sales, supply chain, and operations systems
Drive blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.)
Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR) and third-party systems
Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards
