Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules, specifically S/4HANA, and at least 2 years of experience leading SAP implementation projects or playing a key leadership role in the SAP FI domain. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting modules (GL, AA, AR, AP, Bank Accounting) is required, including deep knowledge of financial accounting principles and integration with other SAP modules (Controlling, MM, SD). Proven experience in designing SAP enterprise structures and aligning them with client’s business models, conducting fit-to-standard workshops, and translating business requirements into functional designs is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The SAP FI System Lead will provide expert-level guidance on SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Accounting, and their integration with other SAP modules. They will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting solutions, ensuring alignment with client business structures and financial accounting principles. This includes leading workshops, managing configuration tasks, reviewing documentation, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting project delivery using both agile and waterfall methodologies. The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP Best Practices.
