Requirements

Extensive, progressive experience in SAP EWM consulting, with a proven track record of delivering on complex implementations across diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
Deep expertise in warehouse management processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, slotting, labour management, and automation technologies
SAP EWM certification is preferred, with additional certifications in SAP TM, SAP WM, or SAP S/4HANA Logistics also highly advantageous
Strong client relationship management skills, combining technical knowledge with business acumen to align stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor by analysing client warehouse and logistics processes and designing tailored SAP EWM solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party systems
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentations
Lead project phases including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support (approximately 50%)
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with client teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP EWM (around 20%)
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders across supply chain, IT, production, and finance functions to ensure seamless integration (about 15%)
Support business development and mentoring junior team members (approximately 15%)
