Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP eWM (embedded or decentralized)
  • Strong experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud (Private Cloud knowledge is also valuable)
  • Proven participation in S/4 rollout or global template projects
  • Deep understanding of key eWM components (Warehouse structure & master data, Inbound/Outbound processes, Picking/packing strategies, Warehouse Order creation & optimization, RF integration)
  • Ability to design stable, high-performance warehouse processes that follow SAP fit-to-standard principles
  • Strong analytical mindset, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills
  • Advanced English (German is an advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and optimize SAP eWM solutions in S/4HANA Public Cloud (and Private Cloud where applicable)
  • Drive global rollout activities, including fit-to-standard workshops, template localization, testing, and deployment
  • Design warehouse processes such as: Inbound/Outbound processing, Picking strategies, Stock placement/removal, Physical inventory, Handling Units & packaging specifications
  • Support labor management, RF framework, and integration with automation equipment (MFS experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate closely with MM, SD, TM, and PP teams on end-to-end logistics flows
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-ready eWM configurations
  • Participate in cutovers, go-lives, hypercare, and continuous improvement cycles
