Requirements

Expertise in functional test planning
At least 2 years of experience in functional test planning
Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Tricentis TOSCA, or Worksoft Certify (must to have)
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python (good to have)
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies (good to have)
Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios (good to have)
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as ALM, JIRA, qTest, or Bugzilla (good to have)
Experience in SAP ECC / S/4 (advantage)
Strong educational background in computer science or a related field
Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications
Availability for Cebu and Manila office locations

Responsibilities

Perform requirements analysis to ensure functional and/or non-functional requirements are valid and can be tested
Coordinate with key stakeholders to clarify any requirements prior to test planning
Create test plan (test scenarios, test scripts) against the SAP user requirements defined
Prepare test data relevant to the test scripts created for the SAP user requirements
Execute test scripts in the defined SAP test environment
Upskill to use automated testing tools for creation and execution of automated test scripts (as applicable)
Responsibly track and manage test scripts, defects logged, or any open issues assigned
