Requirements

  • Expertise in functional test planning
  • At least 2 years of experience in functional test planning
  • Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Tricentis TOSCA, or Worksoft Certify (must to have)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python (good to have)
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies (good to have)
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios (good to have)
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as ALM, JIRA, qTest, or Bugzilla (good to have)
  • Experience in SAP ECC / S/4 (advantage)
  • Strong educational background in computer science or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications
  • Availability for Cebu and Manila office locations

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements analysis to ensure functional and/or non-functional requirements are valid and can be tested
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to clarify any requirements prior to test planning
  • Create test plan (test scenarios, test scripts) against the SAP user requirements defined
  • Prepare test data relevant to the test scripts created for the SAP user requirements
  • Execute test scripts in the defined SAP test environment
  • Upskill to use automated testing tools for creation and execution of automated test scripts (as applicable)
  • Responsibly track and manage test scripts, defects logged, or any open issues assigned
