Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations, regulatory requirements fulfillment, and risk management from transactions and commercial activities
In Compliance: Manage regulatory changes, implement internal controls, advise on HKMA and internal regulations, ensure ethical operations and risk management; support Financial Crime Compliance through monitoring, investigations, and system controls to detect/prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions breaches
In Finance: Assist with internal forecasting (balance sheet, P&L, capital consumption), develop financial risk management models, support accounting and regulatory reporting, prepare presentations for head office, participate in IT/automation initiatives, manage financial risks (liquidity, interest rate, FX) via asset/liability strategies (hedging, liquidity positioning), assist in contingency planning for stress scenarios, evaluate capital deployment using funding transfer pricing
In Internal Audit: Collaborate on audit execution, provide independent assurance on processes and risk controls, perform audit tests, document findings, meet timescales and comply with audit quality standards
In Regulatory Affairs & Controls (RAC): Support 1st Line of Defence execution/monitoring of controls and projects for business units/support functions, implement global/local controls, deliver regulatory projects, coordinate risk/control assessments, manage incidents, formulate BCP resilience strategies
