Requirements

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of Javascript and considerable experience building thick-client applications, preferably with Vue.js. Experience with frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize, unit testing (Vue test utils/Jest/Vitest, component testing, end-to-end testing with Selenium/Playwright/WebdriverIO), functional knowledge of developing accessible interfaces, strong HTML & CSS skills with knowledge of scalable/modular CSS and preprocessors like SCSS & LESS, and familiarity with client-side build processes and tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp) are required. Comfort with Git/version control workflows is also necessary. Bonus points are awarded for a relentless passion for improving page load times, experience creating or contributing to open-source projects, and experience with graphics & visualization.

Responsibilities

The Sandbox UI Developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and testers to deliver quality software that solves problems. They will work on reimagining the public-facing website hybrid-analysis.com, developing new workflows and features using Vue.js, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible on the web as a platform. The role involves providing a rich, intuitive malware hunting user interface and seeing the applications and visualizations built used daily for cybersecurity research.
