Ability to independently own projects from inception to delivery while collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
Experience using observability tools and/or working with large-scale distributed systems to empathize with customers and understand their observability challenges

Fluency in building products with TypeScript and React

Responsibilities

Drive implementation and delivery of high-impact features within the Control Plane UI/UX, focusing on large-scale budget management tooling and complex usage reporting
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build intuitive interfaces that empower customers to control costs, handling data volumes of hundreds of millions of telemetry events per second
Develop user experiences to enable central observability teams to understand and manage observability budgets
Turn complex data into actionable, easy-to-understand visualizations and workflows
Challenge assumptions, refine designs based on user feedback, and take ownership of delivering polished, effective user experiences
Work with engineers across the organization to evolve the architecture powering UIs and APIs (TypeScript, React, GraphQL)
Share accountability with UI-focused engineers to build and maintain automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure to improve efficiency
