Candidates must have over 6 years of experience in crypto-related investigations, sanctions, or monitoring. Proficiency with crypto tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM is required. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with extensive compliance experience, capable of working in unstructured environments, managing multiple tasks, and demonstrating initiative and creativity. Excellent communication skills and sound business judgment are also essential.
The Sanctions & CTF Investigator will coordinate with stakeholders to investigate incidents and issues, identifying root causes and ensuring action plans are completed. They will also proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement creative solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing operational processes impacting Sanctions Compliance, managing change control to ensure guideline adherence, and proposing updates to global operational procedures. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance risk rules align with global policy, conducting testing and tuning, and performing UAT for system enhancements.
