Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization, including design, build and integration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud and Agent

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Salesforce Marketing SME, providing expertise in design, architecture, and implementation
  • Collaborate with client architecture teams and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, integration patterns, governance, and scalability roadmaps
  • Design and build innovative, deliverable solutions for Single Customer View, segmentation, omni-channel activation, marketing campaigns and transactional communications
  • Support in pre-sales solutioning and proposal development, including effort itemisation and estimation
  • Engage with multiple teams to provide guidance, resolve complex problems, and contribute to key architectural decisions
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices, design decisions, and technical approaches
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce Marketing capabilities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and seamless data synchronization between CRM and Marketing Cloud
