Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities

The Salesforce Developer Lead will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and strategy, and lead discovery sessions for Marketing Cloud and Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include developing end-to-end features across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and other integration services, building seller and partner experiences, providing detailed estimates, owning solution delivery from technical design to production release, performing code reviews, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
