Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating a deep understanding of software engineering best practices within a Salesforce environment, proven expertise in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies, and strong experience with enterprise integrations, including iPaaS, API integrations, and data integrations. They should also possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, ecosystem, and security best practices, along with effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for ownership of all backend components of Salesforce, including CI/CD, integrations, engineering standards, and administrative functions; working with Salesforce business analysts to develop best practices and ensure rapid and safe development; designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform; managing the technical aspects of Salesforce integrations with other business systems; collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; building easy-to-use interfaces for data gathering; implementing best practices for Salesforce application development and ensuring high code quality; troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance; and staying current with Salesforce updates and enhancements to leverage new features and capabilities.
