Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex environments, with proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow Builder, and API integration. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is required, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits, and background working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment automation frameworks is also necessary. One or more current Salesforce certifications are preferred.
The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow, and integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and custom web services. They will evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities, develop custom integrations with third-party security tools, and partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics. Responsibilities also include building predictive workflows and ML-supported automations, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, working closely with Salesforce Admins on configuration and security, supporting data model design and data integrity, maintaining platform security best practices, managing the Salesforce release cycle using CI/CD practices, and performing regular system health checks and troubleshooting.
