Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA architecture
Strong background in API design, system integration, and DevOps automation
Passion for clean, maintainable code and collaborative problem-solving

Responsibilities

Own complex server-side initiatives across controllers, jobs, pipelines, and services
Shape and document engineering frameworks, policies, and patterns to drive consistency and maintainability
Design and implement resilient integrations for loyalty, marketing, catalog, and fulfillment systems using file transfers, messaging, and APIs
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and community engagement
Implement DevOps automation for builds, deployments, and runtime monitoring
Collaborate with product teams on OKRs, roadmap planning, and experimentation
Measure and enhance platform health and performance using DORA metrics
Participate in production support rotations, balancing delivery speed and quality
Mentor engineers, support hiring, and contribute to Mindera’s Communities of Practice
Continuously challenge existing processes to keep engineering practices modern and efficient
