This role focuses on shaping the technical foundation of the company's Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Architecture Manager will own the design, structure, and evolution of the platform, ensuring it supports business growth and evolving processes. They will lead Salesforce developers, build the right execution team, and partner with departmental leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Expertise: Expert in CPQ technology and familiar with B2B SaaS sales motions.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Advanced Admin).
    • Salesforce Platform Developer l & ll Certifications
  • Skills:
    • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration and agile project delivery.
    • Project Management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the platform owner and thought leader for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
  • Design, document, and maintain a scalable architecture that supports business growth and evolving processes.
  • Ensure consistency, security, and governance while allowing flexibility for team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Field Service, Marketing, and RevOps to translate business needs into streamlined workflows.
  • Optimize automations (Flows, Apex, Process Builders) for performance and maintainability.
  • Enhance Salesforce CPQ to support product configuration, quoting, renewals, and approvals.
  • Architect and oversee data flows, integrations, and data quality within Salesforce.
  • Build a roadmap for continuous improvement and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership to Salesforce admins and developers, including mentoring and roadmap delivery.
  • Directly manage and grow the Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Worked in fast-growing SaaS or industrial tech environments.
  • Familiarity with tools in our stack: HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper, 6sense.
  • Led data migration and data integrity initiatives.
