Requirements

Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions, ideally Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
Knowledge of AI & Analytics tools such as Tableau, Einstein, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics
Expertise in Data Engineering, data visualization, and/or Machine Learning
Strong communication skills in German and English
Customer-oriented personality with team spirit

Responsibilities

Support customers as a team member or project lead in Salesforce AI & Analytics projects, depending on experience
Harmonize relevant data sources and prepare them for analysis
Develop visually appealing dashboards and derive concrete recommendations from the data
Integrate predictive and generative AI into business processes to increase productivity and customer experience
Accompany customers throughout the entire project cycle, especially regarding Tableau and Salesforce Einstein
