Requirements

  • Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions, ideally Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
  • Knowledge of AI & Analytics tools such as Tableau, Einstein, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics
  • Expertise in Data Engineering, data visualization, and/or Machine Learning
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Support customers as a team member or project lead in Salesforce AI & Analytics projects, depending on experience
  • Harmonize relevant data sources and prepare them for analysis
  • Develop visually appealing dashboards and derive concrete recommendations from the data
  • Integrate predictive and generative AI into business processes to increase productivity and customer experience
  • Accompany customers throughout the entire project cycle, especially regarding Tableau and Salesforce Einstein
