A Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required, along with strong presentation, communication, facilitation, organizational, and business analysis skills. Comprehensive experience in debugging and troubleshooting within Salesforce, knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration best practices, and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions are essential. Desired qualifications include 1+ year of experience designing or developing on Salesforce (Apex) and experience with managing large data sets and developing Lightning Components.
The Salesforce Administrator will assist project managers with Salesforce.com workstreams, manage and audit data integrity across the organization within Salesforce.com and other business systems, and collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to identify process gaps and develop solutions. This role involves fixing existing system problems, evaluating and improving the existing codebase for extensibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the administrator will mentor junior administrators and provide guidance on best practices.
