  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in environments covering Sales, Service, and Industry Cloud
  • Extensive experience in the build, customisation, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce Flows and manage platform upgrades and integrations
  • Strong familiarity with Lightning Experience features, capabilities, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user training and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a solid grasp of data analysis and insights generation
  • Right to lawfully work and live in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure optimal data security and accessibility
  • Customise the platform by upholding configurations like security settings, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, and workflow automation (Flows)
  • Maintain system health by monitoring performance, providing production support, and performing essential data management tasks (imports/exports/cleansing)
  • Drive continuous deployment of enhancements through CI/CD tooling, adhering to best practices
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they effectively utilise platform features
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, assessing impact and implementing necessary updates and documentation
