Responsibilities

Apply instructional design methodologies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate educational content
Apply adult learning theories and best practices to create engaging and learner-centered instructional materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities, ensuring alignment with learning objectives, standards, and educational guidelines
Incorporate instructional technologies and digital tools to enhance learning experiences and stay updated with emerging trends
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality instructional materials, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders
Evaluate instructional materials and programs to assess effectiveness, analyze feedback and data, and make data-driven improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, vendors, subject matter experts, and collaborators, to gather input and feedback
Administer and maintain the LMS platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and course enrollments
Own and manage tracking and reporting of training attendance, supporting training logistics, class coordination, and the Training Feedback Mechanism
Upload, organize, and manage digital learning content (SCORM packages, videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.)
