Requirements

Candidates should have sales support experience preferred, and specialized experience within local financial institutions or information vendors is preferred. Native fluency in Japanese and comfortable reading and writing in English are required, with the ability to occasionally speak English.

Responsibilities

The Sales Support - Market Intelligence Contractor will provide critical support to the S&P Global Market Intelligence within the Japanese operation by documenting and managing databases, supporting commercial activities, managing client information and contracts using Salesforce, arranging company seal processes, handling document management, and collaborating with various teams to generate documents related to income tax conventions. They will also be responsible for on-boarding new joiners, handling business correspondence, managing marketing documents, and providing general administrative support including mailing and package management.
