High School Diploma or GED required
0–1 years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred (Field of Study: Business Administration or Marketing)
Experience in Sales Enablement & Operations
Expertise in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets or similar program(s)

Responsibilities

Receipt, tracking, and assignment of all incoming field requests
Entries and extractions from Client Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., tickets, account/contact updates, entering opportunities, sales activity records, list extractions)
Take regular inventory of sales materials
Coordinate support for client events
Production of client-facing proposals
Document formatting to ensure client-facing materials meet brand standards
Production of sales enablement tools (e.g., Callahan & Associates Analysis)
Printing and shipping field materials
Serve as Project Manager for roundtables and lunch and learns hosted by financial institution clients (including hosting/leading planning calls, managing/assigning duties within project plan, working with financial institution to address technology needs, assisting with presentation support, arranging catering)
