Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for all Ketjen customer questionnaires
Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts across departments (such as HR, Regulatory, Sustainability, IT, HSE, Compliance)
Design and continuously improve the questionnaire handling process
Timely completion of questionnaires
Build and maintain a database of Ketjen-specific Q&A
Prioritize requests based on business impact and customer importance
Ensure NDA coverage and gatekeeping for sensitive information sharing
Identify and document gaps in Ketjen policies and procedures
Analyze current Salesforce workflows and user behaviors to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
Propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience, data entry efficiency, and reporting accuracy
Act as a liaison between commercial teams, IT, and data governance to align on data standards and process improvements
Work closely with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into system enhancements (incl. change communication and coordination of end-user training)
Support internal and external audit reporting (e.g. ISO)
