Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all Ketjen customer questionnaires
  • Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts across departments (such as HR, Regulatory, Sustainability, IT, HSE, Compliance)
  • Design and continuously improve the questionnaire handling process
  • Timely completion of questionnaires
  • Build and maintain a database of Ketjen-specific Q&A
  • Prioritize requests based on business impact and customer importance
  • Ensure NDA coverage and gatekeeping for sensitive information sharing
  • Identify and document gaps in Ketjen policies and procedures
  • Analyze current Salesforce workflows and user behaviors to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience, data entry efficiency, and reporting accuracy
  • Act as a liaison between commercial teams, IT, and data governance to align on data standards and process improvements
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into system enhancements (incl. change communication and coordination of end-user training)
  • Support internal and external audit reporting (e.g. ISO)
