  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sales role in healthcare/medical (device) industry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, conversation, and writing)

  • Willingness to travel intensively
  • Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians and provide expert technical support in the operating room in the hospitals
  • Experience in Cath lab procedures is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide technical support during the implant procedure in the operating room
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education regarding the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
