Sales Representative / Pharmareferent (m/f/x) - Vaccines

Position Overview

You will drive sales growth and vaccine orders within your territory through strategic territory management. By building strong relationships with general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists, you will actively identify opportunities, close sales, and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of sales performance within the territory.
  • Actively prospect, convert, and close new business opportunities, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Tailor sales strategies to meet stakeholder needs, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Utilize market knowledge, stakeholder feedback, and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and pinpoint new opportunities within the territory.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, and Sales Operations to align customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at national congresses and events.
  • Leverage CRM functionalities and insights to optimize detailing.
  • Actively support the planning and execution of local events, training sessions, and sponsorships.
  • Utilize digital tools, including the iPad, for visualizing core messages.

Qualifications Profile

  • Completed studies in a scientific, pharmaceutical, or medical field, or recognized certification according to AMG §75 (Certified Pharmareferent).
  • Relevant field sales experience, particularly with general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacies.
  • Knowledge in the vaccine area is a significant plus, and direct sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Digital affinity and a data-driven approach to customer interaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Ysura, Salesforce).
  • Fluent communication skills in German and preferably English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
  • Attendance at events and congresses.
