Responsibilities

  • Cumplir con las metas/cuotas de ventas en el territorio y línea asignados, y conocer las cuentas clave del territorio
  • Dar seguimiento a las ventas tanto del canal directo (hospitales) como del canal indirecto (socios comerciales)
  • Realizar todas las actividades comerciales de conformidad con las leyes y regulaciones vigentes, incluida la Ley de Prácticas Corruptas en el Extranjero (FCPA), el Código de Conducta de Stryker y los más altos estándares éticos
  • Implementar las estrategias de mercadeo establecidas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos
  • Mantener y aumentar la participación de Stryker en la línea de productos asignada dentro del territorio
  • Evaluar y monitorear la calidad de los servicios/productos que ofrecemos a hospitales y profesionales de la salud
  • Actuar como recurso clave para los clientes en cuanto al conocimiento del producto
  • Servir de enlace entre el cliente y las distintas áreas de la empresa, tales como Operaciones, Asuntos Regulatorios, Calidad y Cumplimiento
