Requirements

  • University Degree
  • 3 years of sales experience in medical devices (Capital equipment would be a plus)
  • Experience with developing projects / project management
  • Established relationships with key opinion leaders in Neurosurgery, ENT and Surgical fields
  • Proven track record of strategic planning experience
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and ability to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with peers, colleagues and customers across diverse cultures
  • Fluent, professional English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
  • Located in Cluj-Napoca, Targu Mures, Iasi or surrounding areas (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate country specific implementation of key field development strategies & tactics
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers, hospital administrative staff, local KOLs and all other Health Care System stakeholders
  • Create a demand for Capital Equipment products & therapies and assure the process for revenue sales income according with the country sales & marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute local awareness programs to improve specific target education
  • Analyze local Capital Equipment market’s opportunities and risks on a continuous basis. Identify, evaluate and recommend local market growth opportunities and add regular input in SFDC
  • Communicate proactively to all levels of management and internal stakeholders
  • Provide presentation of Capital portfolio and interventions support during procedures in OR when needed
  • Ensure alignment of education and clinical activities with the country strategy
