Responsibilities

  • Provide information and conduct sales activities to doctors, clinical laboratory technicians, clinical engineers at university hospitals, public hospitals, major private hospitals, and sales agents
  • Support existing customers and develop new customers as a team to achieve sales targets
  • Propose total solutions to solve customer challenges
  • Total management of assigned area (planning and implementation of sales strategies)
  • Plan and implement events in collaboration with marketing department (seminars, training, academic exhibitions)
  • After-sales service (handling product/data inquiries, primary repair response)
  • Basic technical support for analysis equipment
  • Manage existing clients and develop new customers to contribute to company revenue
