Responsibilities

  • Support the conveyancing team by managing day-to-day progress of property transactions
  • Chase other side solicitors for updates, outstanding documents, and responses
  • Liaise with management companies to obtain required information and ensure timely replies
  • Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, documents, and updates
  • Assist with onboarding new cases, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
  • Keep detailed records of all correspondence and progress updates
  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
