Responsibilities

Support the conveyancing team by managing day-to-day progress of property transactions
Chase other side solicitors for updates, outstanding documents, and responses
Liaise with management companies to obtain required information and ensure timely replies
Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, documents, and updates
Assist with onboarding new cases, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
Keep detailed records of all correspondence and progress updates
Provide a high standard of customer service at all times
