Responsibilities

  • Process Lead Generation requests by following SOPs
  • Maintain addressable market data for sales reps
  • Maintain CRM data quality by implementing various rules, guardrails, and data lifecycle
  • Initiate and support various data completeness projects
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Manage licenses and credentials of sales tools
  • Help resolve ad-hoc reporting and dashboard questions/discrepancies
