Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel, possess exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal), be highly organized and detail-oriented, work well under deadlines, have a team-player attitude, and demonstrate financial analysis and underwriting abilities. Creative self-starter experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus, and the ability to handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality is required.
The Sales Office Assistant will provide financial and analytical support services, including preparing marketing packages, proposals/opinions of value, data input, underwriting property values, performing market research, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends, and preparing financial analysis for client presentations. They will also be responsible for data entry and general administrative duties, gathering and researching sales and rent comparables, tracking market trends, preparing marketing and promotional materials, preparing marketing proposals and meeting presentation materials, preparing financial models for commercial real estate valuation, reviewing financial statements and operating information, and responding to requests for property information. Database Management is also a key responsibility.
