The Property Accountant will manage a portfolio of 5-10 properties, handling all aspects of financial reporting. Key duties include preparing and distributing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations, performing cash management, initiating journal entries, analyzing expenses, preparing accruals, reviewing accounts payable, and performing general ledger account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. The role also involves preparing audit-related requests and other assigned duties.
