A proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps who become top performers, and the ability to coach reps to improve their skills and grow their careers, is required. Experience in identifying knowledge gaps and delivering empathetic coaching is also necessary.
The Sales Manager will lead the Startup Sales & BDR team in EMEA, being accountable for the segment's revenue results and focusing the team on high-impact activities. They will partner with Marketing on pipeline-generating initiatives, provide consistent coaching to sales reps, and build high-quality teams that align with market demand. This role also includes leading the BDR team to ensure alignment with sales strategy and drive lead generation efforts.
