Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Biomedical Science, or related field
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
  • Strong sales experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Diagnostics industry, preferably within capital equipment and consumables
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, distributors, and large accounts
  • Experience leading teams and driving sales execution in both public and private healthcare markets
  • Strong understanding of sales management and execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and orders targets for Brazil
  • Manage direct and indirect sales channels, including distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with Leica Biosystems standards and commercial goals
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans and business development initiatives to expand market penetration across pathology, histology, and advanced diagnostics segments
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, Operations, and Customer Care to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and institutional accounts (public and private)
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business intelligence reporting
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and tender management processes
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with Danaher Business System (DBS) tools
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements
