Requirements

  • Ability to manage channel partners and derive sales growth
  • Experience in recruitment, retention, and development of direct sales talent
  • Capability to build and develop a diverse sales team
  • Provide strategic direction and coaching to direct sales team
  • Lead funnel management, funnel development, and selling activities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Mining channel markets
  • Implement sales plans and evaluate key performance indicators to deliver growth expectations
  • Willingness to work on-site in UAE or relevant site in Middle East and Africa to cover Africa territory

Responsibilities

  • Manage Channel Partners to deliver sales goals, including developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Expand market share by building strong relationships with key customer accounts and promoting Pall’s full range of technologies (equipment, services, Energy+ products)
  • Identify and lead high-value channel expansion opportunities
  • Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & Engineering Technology, and other Energy+ products
  • Lead and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers in direct sales organizations
  • Develop direct sales co-marketing plans, including action plans for increasing market visibility and lead sharing with Accounts, Marketing, and Channel Partner Sales Teams
  • Provide technical expertise and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions exceeding customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to address customer needs and secure new opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate Pall’s technologies to process development and manufacturing teams
  • Organize and lead customer training sessions on product knowledge, technical insights
