Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years semiconductor sales experience
  • Strong business acumen, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales enablement platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a collaborative, international environment
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian or Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying key customers and opportunities across the South Europe region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with EMEA objectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer, leading cross-functional teams (Product Management, Finance, Legal) to deliver winning proposals
  • Drive channel partners to align with company strategy through regular reviews and training
  • Conduct quarterly rep and distributor reviews to ensure continuous regional growth
