Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external procurement stakeholders
  • Check procurement portals for new opportunities
  • Close opportunities that are not being pursued by Accenture
  • Monitor the group mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned in a timely fashion
  • Submit up-to-date certification and management information to government bodies
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and procurement contacts to facilitate bid submissions
  • Escalate delays and/or issues related to priority tender monitoring activities to supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Share relevant tenders with Accenture Sales and Client Account Leads
  • Act as point of contact for all government framework sales opportunities
  • Maintain tracking tools, ensuring the information contained therein is accurate and up to date
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure consistent service levels
  • Assist Tender Management Lead in ensuring all contractual and non-contractual requirements are met
  • Work with sales teams to determine ownership of frameworks
  • Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on best practices
  • Compile metrics on service delivery for Tender Management Lead
