Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales (10+ years preferred)
  • Strong network of US Federal and Federal Channel Technical Contacts
  • Experience with link analysis tools preferred (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir)
  • Active TS or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Experience with cloud-based security solutions, APIs, SIEMs (Splunk, Elastic, etc.), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) preferred
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences (strong presentation skills required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Reside in the Washington, DC metro area or open to relocate
  • Expertise in security domains including Identity and Access Management, incident response, SaaS, and OSINT
  • Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and certifications such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, and/or TIC 3.0
  • Previous experience with SaaS-based cybersecurity platforms or threat intel solutions
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Federal sales team to present SpyCloud solutions tailored for unique use cases and environments
  • Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying to specific customer situations
  • Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management
  • Contribute to technical sections of proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with accurate, compelling content aligned with Federal requirements
  • Collaborate with Federal Channel Partners (resellers, distributors, Systems Integrators) to support joint sales opportunities, training, and go-to-market activities
  • Guide Federal customers in technical integration of SpyCloud’s solutions, including API workflows, data ingestion, and compliance alignment
  • Act as trusted advisor to help customers derive maximum value from SpyCloud’s platform and stay ahead of evolving identity threats
  • Relay field intelligence and Federal-specific product feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
