A Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Prior experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is strongly preferred, along with minimum 5 years in consulting and sales leadership roles.
The role requires strategic thinking and decision-making skills, leadership and change management capabilities, high-level relationship management and negotiation skills, analytical and project management expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic accounting principles.
