Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency (preferred)
  • Track record of over-achievement
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
  • Experience working in a team selling environment
  • Fluent in Russian

Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Working closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining Fireblocks CRM
  • Targeting a mixture of Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi accounts across the Central Asia region, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team
