Fluency in Swedish / Norwegian

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities to fuel Procore’s growth
Partner with Account Executives to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and other channels to understand pain points and identify opportunities
Conduct daily activities: pre-call research and planning, make a high volume of calls per day, follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads), maintain Salesforce records
Improve processes: operate beyond your role to help the team enhance processes, training, use of technology, and other business aspects
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
