Immersive Labs is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. You will work closely with marketing to generate new sales opportunities, articulate the company's value proposition, and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

• Generate new, upsell, and cross-sell revenue from business accounts across the DACH region.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Identify and develop qualified sales opportunities using various channels.
• Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationships.
• Execute outbound prospecting techniques and qualify leads to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to develop and strengthen pipeline.

Requirements

• Ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Desire to pursue sales as a career and aptitude to learn and apply sales techniques.
• Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading, persuading, and overcoming prospecting obstacles.
