As a Sales Development Representative, the role involves building and maintaining knowledge of the company’s technology, competitors, and industry trends, following up on inbound leads, proactively outreaching to new leads using a multi-channel approach, utilizing Salesforce and Grafana dashboards, researching and customizing outreach, driving discovery conversations to understand user needs, consistently meeting pipeline targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to win as a team.
