Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated success, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great listening skills, strong typing skills, internet and computer literacy, and the ability to quickly learn our sales enablement tools. They should also be comfortable working with minimal supervision and demonstrate a self-starter attitude, along with being a driver of results and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
As a Sales Development Representative, the individual will be responsible for researching prospects to qualify them for outreach, completing outreach via various channels including email, phone, and social networks, communicating with prospects to deliver value and qualify them, booking meetings with prospects for Account Executives, ensuring Account Executives are briefed on opportunities, maintaining up-to-date data in Salesforce, assisting with event-related projects, and contributing to building a prospecting playbook.
