Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to achieve desired business outcomes for customers
  • Prospect and engage with new leads through various channels (Telegram, X, etc.)
  • Educate cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Contact, prospect, and qualify potential customers and partners
  • Refine and establish processes to support the business’s evolving needs
  • Manage and report using a CRM, ensuring data accuracy and relevant metrics
  • Serve as an initial point of contact and ongoing relationship manager for customers
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Work with support and communicate with customers pre and post-sales
