At least 7 years of experience in managing remote sales teams in large corporate structures or dynamic work environments
Proven successes in building and implementing remote sales strategies
Experience in leading transformational projects (e.g., digitalization, process automation, omnichannel development)
Knowledge of modern technological solutions supporting remote sales and customer service
Strong leadership competencies – ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams
Knowledge of English at least at communicative level (B2/C1 in speaking and writing)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement remote sales strategy, including planning goals, identifying new markets, and collaborating with marketing and other departments on campaigns and digital tool development
Plan sales targets and collaborate with marketing and other departments on campaigns and digital tools
Oversee the full customer service process in remote channels and implement supporting tools and solutions (CRM, chatbots, e-commerce systems)
Automate and optimize sales processes and monitor campaign efficiency and online conversions
Build customer loyalty through service standards, cross-/upselling, and customer experience development
Collaborate with external partners and analyze market trends in remote and omnichannel sales
Recruit, develop, and motivate the remote sales team
Monitor results, coach employees, and shape a customer- and results-oriented culture
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs in real-time
Prepare reports and recommend improvement actions for the management board
